Writing can be used in many ways throughout nursing and life. At this retreat, participants will write to heal, create, release, manifest, find their voice, express themselves, teach, leave a legacy, and live more fully.

Attendees can expect a weekend centred on:
- Creative writing and reflective exercises
- Guided prompts and themed activities
- Story sharing and self-expression
- Discussion and connection with fellow nurses
