Bossier Parish Community College

Bossier Parish Community College was founded in 1967 and is located in Bossier City, Louisiana. BPCC offers students many associate degree programs to take advantage of as well as many career-oriented options that offer diplomas or technical certificates. It also allows joint enrollment with Northwest Louisiana Technical College for those who are interested.

BPCC is well known for its nursing program in the area, too. This school has an associate of science in nursing program that is very thorough. It provides all students with student-centered learning experiences that will teach them all of the necessary nursing skills they need to succeed.  Students will be simultaneously developing their nursing skills and their academic skills for the duration of this program. Aside from the traditional RN course, BPCC also offers students an LPN to RN transition track for those who qualify. All students will be given the right skills to succeed and traditionally perform very well on the NCLEX-RN licensure exam.
