Columbia Area Career Center

Columbia Area Career Center is a public career college in the urban area of Columbia, Missouri. The school offers Associate degrees and certificates in areas as diverse as civil engineering technology, welding technology, or manufacturing operations management. With an average class size of 20 students per class, our instructors are always available to help you succeed faster than at a large university. We provide personalized attention for every student's needs with small group instruction and individualized attention from faculty and staff members who have real-world experience in their fields.

Columbia Area Career Center is a public career college located in Columbia, Missouri. The school offers Associate of Applied Science degrees in three programs: Business Technology Management, Healthcare Management, and Health Information Systems & Applications.

Columbia Area Career Center (CACC) is a public career college located in Columbia, Missouri. The school operates under the Board of Public Colleges and Universities and offers Associate's degrees to students. CACC has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission since 1975. 

The school was established on September 15th, 1959 with Dr. John W. O'Meara as its first president and served primarily as an extension campus for the University of Missouri-Columbia until 1968 when it began offering courses independent from MUCC or other universities and colleges in order to serve "the needs of people who could not afford to go elsewhere." In 1970, CACC became one of nineteen public career colleges in Missouri.
