Des Moines Area Community College offers more than 100 different programs for students to choose from. The Boone Campus is one of three campuses in the Des Moines Area Community College system, and has been serving the central Iowa area since 1973. At DMA, we have everything you need to start your career in a field that interests you - whether it's business or engineering, cosmetology or health care. We offer many hands-on opportunities for our students so they can get real-world experience before graduating and entering their careers!
The Des Moines Area Community College - Boone Campus is an educational institution committed to providing a quality education for the diverse population in its service area. Since its establishment, the college has been responsive to the community’s needs and desires, and has evolved into one of Iowa’s largest two-year colleges.
It offers more than 100 degree programs, certificate options, diplomas and technical courses in a variety of fields including business administration/management; computer information systems; criminal justice; early childhood education; engineering technology/technician; graphic design, animation and game development; health care management/administration (including pharmacy); liberal arts with associate degrees in humanities or social sciences as well as bachelor degrees in psychology or sociology.

DMA offers a variety of academic programs which are designed to meet the needs of our students. We offer Associate degree and certificate programs in many subjects including applied science, business, computer technology, criminal justice, education (elementary), engineering technologies, health care administration and nursing.
