Harding University

Harding University is a private, Christian university located in Searcy, Arkansas. Founded in 1924, Harding now has five thousand students enrolled and nine colleges with the Carr College of Nursing that are committed to Christ-centered education and empowering students to lead lives of purpose.

With 49 buildings on the main campus and a growing student body of 5,541 for the Fall 2017 semester, Harding is Arkansas' largest private university. At Harding you will be encouraged to participate in local devotionals, churches and social clubs while forbidding the formation of fraternities or sororities. The Carr College of Nursing offers an Associate Degree in Nursing with clinical opportunities at nearby hospitals such as Searcy Regional Medical Center and DeWitt General Hospital.
