Indian River State College

Established in 1959 and originally a two-year community college, IRSC transitioned into being a four-year state college in late 2007. Located in Fort Pierce, Florida (just two hours from Orlando), IRSC was founded as Indian River Junior College in 1959 and became a state college in 2007. We offer associate’s degrees and bachelor’s degrees through our six colleges: Arts & Sciences; Business Administration; Education; Nursing & Health Sciences; Technology Innovation, Management, & Applied Science; and Social Work.
