Louisiana Technical College is a private, for-profit two-year college with campuses in Lafayette and Evangeline Parish. Established in 1968, the college has been providing career education to students from Louisiana and beyond since its inception. The institution offers associate degrees and certificate programs in business administration, health sciences, nursing (RN), information technology management, cyber security/information assurance and computer programming. In addition to offering traditional classroom instruction the school also provides distance learning options.

The Louisiana Technical College - Evangeline Campus opened its doors to students on January 6, 1988. The campus was established in response to the need for more technical educational opportunities in Acadiana and also as a result of the growing demand for skilled workers in our area. We are an accredited two-year college with a focus on career-technical education programs that prepare graduates with skills necessary for employment or transfer to four- year institutions. Our faculty members are committed professionals who have earned their degrees from colleges all across Louisiana. They work diligently each day to provide quality instruction and mentoring so that our students may succeed both academically and professionally after graduation.
