Mohawk Valley Community College is a public, comprehensive community college in New York. Founded in 1957, MVCC has grown to become the largest of all the colleges and universities that comprise the State University of New York system. With over 5500 students enrolled from across New York and beyond, Mohawk Valley offers more than 100 associate degrees and certificates as well as 20 bachelor's degrees in fields such as business administration, psychology, nursing and health sciences.

The College encompasses more than 100 off-campus sites and two on-campus locations in Utica and Herkimer. MVCC offers 150 degree programs and 55 certificate programs leading to associate degrees, diplomas, or certificates.
