Mohawk Valley Community College is a public, comprehensive community college in New York. Founded in 1957, MVCC has grown to become the largest of all the colleges and universities that comprise the State University of New York system. With over 5500 students enrolled from across New York and beyond, Mohawk Valley offers more than 100 associate degrees and certificates as well as 20 bachelor's degrees in fields such as business administration, psychology, nursing and health sciences.

The school was founded in 1946 and offers Associate's degree programs for both transfer and career advancement. MVCC provides the opportunity to earn an associate degree or certificate, develop new skills through short-term training courses or personal enrichment opportunities, explore different careers with hands-on workshops or internships and take part in cultural events on campus.
