Rasmussen College - Blaine Campus
Rasmussen College is a regionally accredited, nonprofit college offering degrees in healthcare and other disciplines. Rasmussen College was founded in 1976 by Dr. Fred J. Rasmussen, who wanted to bring affordable education to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Since then the school has grown from a small two-year institution with just 10 students to one of the largest colleges in Minnesota today with more than 1,700 students on campus across three campuses: Blaine Campus (located five minutes north of the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport), Chaska Campus (in downtown Chaska) and Waite Park Center for Health Professions (opened January 2017).
We offer associates degree programs as well as bachelor's degrees at our main campus and online.
Rasmussen College is a private, nonprofit college that offers degrees and certificates in career fields with high employment potential. Rasmussen College has campuses across the United States: Blaine, MN; Atlanta, GA; Sacramento, CA; Orlando, FL; Los Angeles/Pomona Valley (coming soon); Green Bay WI (coming soon). Rasmussen College is a not-for-profit institution of higher education offering Associate's, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees. Rasmussen College has two traditional campuses: one in Blaine and the other in Woodbury. The college also offers programs online to students all over the world.

Rasmussen College’s Blaine Campus is a vibrant and welcoming place to study. We offer degrees in more than 40 majors, including one of the first degree programs accredited as a Baccalaureate for Transfer (BART) program by the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities system. The campus also hosts professional development courses and workshops for educators, health care providers, business professionals, and individuals interested in lifelong learning.
Students at Rasmussen College have access to cutting-edge technology such as virtual reality labs where they can learn about architectural design or engineering techniques; state-of-the-art science laboratories with equipment that includes DNA sequencing machines; plus a high tech 3D printing lab for students majoring in additive manufacturing technology.
