Rio Salado College

Rio Salado College is one of the twenty public two-year colleges in Arizona. The campus is located in an urban area, in Tempe. Rio Salado College's mission is to provide educational opportunities for students who need a second chance at life, and has been doing so since 1989. Every year, 14% of the graduating class graduates within 150% of their time it takes to complete their studies.

Rio Salado College has been accredited by Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities since 2007.

Rio Salado College is a public two-year college in Tempe, Arizona. Founded in 1994 as Mesa Community College, the school changed its name to Rio Salado College on July 1, 2007. The campus is located near downtown Tempe and just west of ASU's Tempe Campus.
