Rock Valley College

Rock Valley College is a public 2-year college located in Rockford, Illinois. The campus is at the center of the city and has been open for 50 years. To date, over 75,000 students have attended classes on this historic campus to pursue their higher education dreams. With six different academic departments and twenty four degree programs offered today; there are many paths our graduates can take to make a difference in their communities after graduation.

The school was founded as "Rockford Junior College" and later renamed to "Rock Valley Community College." It became a member of the Illinois community college system on July 1, 2013.
