Rolla Technical Institute/Center

Rolla Technical Institute/Center is a technical school that offers students the opportunity to obtain skills in various fields. RTI/C has many courses available for students, such as welding or carpentry, and there are some dual credit agreements with universities if you would like an associate degree.

RTI/C also offers students a practical nursing program that will help them to pursue careers as licensed practical nurses (LPN). The practical nursing program at this school has the full approval of the Missouri State Board of Nursing. This program takes 11 months to complete. This is a full-day program that will hold classes on Monday through Thursday. Nursing students will receive a complete education that covers all of the essential elements of becoming an LPN. This will include practical skills, nursing philosophy, clinical skills, and much more. The practical nursing program can also transfer over to several other colleges for students to pursue registered nursing.
