We work with students and their families from start to finish: advising on degree plans, providing financial aid information, guiding through registration and orientation, helping find housing options—everything you need for an academic year of excellence.

The Reese Center is also home to the Student Success Lab where every student can get one-on-one assistance with any issue they may be having academically or personally. Not only that but we offer a variety of services including tutoring programs and free workshops throughout the semester.

The Reese Center provides technical education in agriculture, business, communications, computer science, engineering technology, health professions and law enforcement. The center also offers adult basic education services to any interested individual who wishes to improve his or her skills in reading, writing and math.

South Plains College's Reese Center is an Educational and Community Resource Center. The Reese Center serves a population of more than 40,000 people in the Lubbock area by providing free and low-cost educational services to those who otherwise would not have access.
*The center offers tutoring for GED prep, citizenship classes, ESL (English as Second Language), financial literacy courses, computer skills training, interview preparation workshops; provides assistance with food pantry applications and referrals to SNAP/food stamps; provides information on other community resources such as social security benefits counseling and legal help.
