Tusculum College

John Henry Newman under the name St Mary’s Institute. It became coeducational in 1963 when it became a liberal arts college and merged with Tusculum Academy (a boys' school). In 1994, the college changed its name to Tusculum College after changing from being an all women's institution to accepting males as well.
