It was established in 1968, making it one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in California. Central Nursing College provides career-focused educational programs to prepare students for employment or transfer to a university. These programs are designed to develop skills necessary for success as nurses, teachers, social workers, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals. The college has been accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges since 1974.
Central Nursing College has been training nurses since the early 1900s. Now, we offer a variety of nursing programs with flexible schedules and affordable tuition.
