Since 1973, the Flanagan Campus has been an integral part of the Community College of Rhode Island and a major contributor to higher education in southeastern New England. As one of only two Community Colleges in Rhode Island, it offers students access to a wide variety of coursework including associate degrees, bachelor's degree completion programs, certificate programs and short-term training courses. 

We are proud that our graduates go on to receive jobs at some of the most prestigious companies in America.

Community College of Rhode Island - Flanagan Campus is a public, open-enrollment institution that offers degree and certificate programs. The Flanagan Campus is located in North Kingstown, RI and was founded in 1965.

The Community College of Rhode Island's mission statement is to provide quality education for all students by providing access to lifelong learning opportunities at an affordable cost. Our goal as an institution is to prepare our students for success in the 21st century global economy through high-quality liberal arts, career focused, and workforce development curricula.

 In addition to offering traditional classroom instruction we also offer online coursework enabling learners from all over the world to enroll in classes on their own time schedule.

Community College of Rhode Island - Flanagan Campus is a community college that offers two-year associate degrees and other certificates. The school has been providing quality education for 63 years to the people of southern New England. 

It is part of the Community College System in Rhode Island, which was established by an act approved by the General Assembly in 1956 and began operations on September 4, 1957. The system includes three campuses: CCSI - Newport (1957), CCSI - Providence (1959) and CCSI - North Smithfield/Flanagan Campus (1965).
