Delaware County Technical School-Practical Nursing Program is one of the thirty-one public career colleges in Pennsylvania. The campus is located in a suburb, in Broomall. According to the NCES 2017 report, a total of 43 students attend the school. In the 2017 fall enrollment, 9 freshman students enrolled, and approximately 3 students returned for their sophomore year (which makes its freshman retention rate 36%). Delaware County Technical School-Practical Nursing Program is a leading provider of practical nursing education. Established in 1959, we are the only school in Delaware County to offer an associate degree program that provides students with hands-on experience and technical knowledge needed to start their career as a licensed practical nurse.

Delaware County Technical School-Practical Nursing Program (DCTSTPNP) is an accredited nursing school. They are committed to preparing students for success in the nursing field and beyond. DCTSTPNP offers a practical nursing program that provides hands-on, clinical experience with patients in Delaware County hospitals, clinics and long term care facilities. The curriculum emphasizes medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology and physical assessment skills needed by a registered nurse.
