Loma Linda University

Loma Linda University is a private, Seventh-day Adventist university with more than 100 programs to choose from. Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, Loma Linda offers degrees in nursing and medical programs. The on-campus church has over 7,000 members and since the beginning of its history, Loma Linda has offered nursing and medical students clinical experience.

The Loma Linda University School of Nursing works closely with the Loma Linda University Medical Center, where more than 30,000 patients are admitted each year. Nursing students receive hands-on training at the hospital, local offices, and nursing homes while completing their undergraduate or graduate degree. The undergraduate programs offered include BSN, BA to BSN, LVN to BSN, and RN to BSN. Students must complete the required prerequisite courses at an accredited university or college before enrolling in one of these programs. Loma Linda University also offers graduate programs for those seeking an MS, DNP, or Ph.D. in nursing.
