PITC Institute was founded in 2016 to provide educational opportunities for students from under-served communities. The goal is to empower students by providing them with hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines as well as arts/design fields.

The PITC Institute was founded in 1991 by a group of parents who wanted their children, and all children with disabilities, to have access to quality education. Since then we have helped more than 1 million students reach their full potential in school and life. Today, our mission is still the same: To provide high-quality education for everyone so they can be the best they can be.
PITC Institute is a non-profit organization that helps adults and children with developmental disabilities by providing programs, services, and support. PITC believes in the dignity of all people and strives to ensure that each individual can live as independently as possible. We work to provide an environment where individuals have opportunities for growth, socialization, learning, recreation, employment opportunities and more - all within their communities.
