The Tennessee Technology Center At Winchester is a vocational school that offers classes to students in the Cumberland County area. Our mission statement is "To provide quality, cost-effective education for those who desire to pursue careers in technology and manufacturing." The center's goal is to help people find their place in life by giving them the skills they need to thrive. We want our students to be successful as they move forward with their lives!

We are a vocational school that provides training for adults and high school students in 21st century skills. We offer free GED classes, English as a Second Language (ESL), testing services, career counseling, job placement, and more. Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their goals through education.

Tennessee Technology Center at Winchester, a division of the Tennessee Board of Regents, provides accessible and affordable workforce training to prepare students for success in high-demand careers. The Tennessee Technology Center is located on the campus of Winchester High School near the city of Winchester in Chester County. 

The Tennessee Technology Center at Winchester offers programs in allied health, automotive technology, business management and entrepreneurship, civil engineering technology (construction), dental hygiene, electronics manufacturing technician (electrician) program (EMT), industrial maintenance technician certificate program (IMT), information technology certification programs – computer networking specialist track or computer support specialist track; precision machining certificate program or welding certificates: welder I - IV with emphasis on heavy fabrication; certified medical assistant program;

Tennessee Technology Center At Winchester is a non-profit school that helps people with disabilities find jobs and live independently. We are dedicated to providing education, training, and employment for individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities.
