Cincinnati State Technical and Community College (CSTCC) is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. CSTCC was established back in 1969 and it now serves more than 9900 students. This technical and community college has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. It offers students many associate’s degree programs as well as several certificate programs. Both cooperative education and clinical practices are a huge part of this school. This school is among the largest cooperative education programs in the United States and it is even home to the Midwest Culinary Institute.

The CSTCC nursing program provides students with a thorough education and the opportunity to pursue the practical nursing path or the associate’s degree in nursing path. There is also an LPN-to-RN progression program for those who have already obtained LPN status. All nursing programs at CSTCC have the approval of the Ohio State Board of Nursing. The associate’s degree in nursing program has also been accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Students will go through classroom lectures, clinical experiences, and more in the pursuit of their desired nursing paths. Upon graduation, students will be eligible to apply for either the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN licensure exam.
